What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders. We also offer express shipping on smaller items (up to 2kg) for a cost of 199 SEK. We also offer home delivery for a cost of 79 SEK for orders under 999 SEK. We also offer easy returns if you are not satisfied with your order. Contact us and we will send you a return label.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany, but we plan to expand to more markets in the future.
What payment options do you offer?
With us, you can pay in several ways; we offer Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal as payment options. To access all payment options, you first need to fill in your contact details, then choose a shipping method, and finally select from our four offered options.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived after 15? vardagar?
If more than 15 business days have passed, we ask you to inform our customer service about the delay so we can assist you. Contact us at support@hemosjal.seso we help you.

In connection with us sending your order, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking number for your shipment. 

How do I return? 
Step 1: Contact us via email and provide your order number and that you wish to return the items in the subject line.

(Subject line: "Return Order number #45684).
Step 2: Pack the item well. Always use the original packaging when returning an item. If the item is damaged during the return, we will make a deduction for depreciation. If possible, we ask you to use the packaging you received your item in. We will assess each unique return regarding the size of the deduction, but the minimum deduction is 250 SEK.

Step 3: We cover your return shipping. Contact us and explain that you want to return your product and items, and we will send you a return label.
From the moment you, as a customer, have reported a return/complaint, the item must be received by us no later than 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Agency. If you would like to read more about what applies, you can do so on the Consumer Agency's website here.
How long is the warranty when I shop with you?
When you shop with us, we offer you a 2-year warranty on all products in our range. If there is any issue with your product, we ask you to contact us at support@hemosjal.se so we help you move forward.

Cancellation period? 
When you shop at HEM & SJÄL, you can always cancel your order until we have shipped the order. We offer a return policy of 14 days from the day after you received your order.

This means that you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your order or return all or part of it. If you decide to return, we ask you to contact us.

When will I be refunded?
It can take up to 10 business days for us to process your return and refund you. We will start processing your return as soon as we have received the shipment. Once we have processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email that we have received, processed, and approved your return and that a refund is on its way.  

The refund period may vary among banks, but it usually does not take more than 5 business days from the time we process the refund until the money is in your account.
